In the same world, not exposed. The card exists to say so, because a reader who expected the party on the map deserves to know why it is not.

How directly an event reaches a party, on the intersection cards an Event Scan or an Entity Scan renders.

Direct (proximity)The event acts on the party itself.Close (proximity)The event acts on something the party directly depends on or faces: a counterparty, a supplier, a regulator, a rival.Affected (proximity)The party is materially exposed through a channel the record supports.Peripheral (proximity)The event reaches the party's field, not its situation.
